BioCatch Connect is a space for customers to easily manage support cases and stay up to date with BioCatch knowledge resources. Among other things, BioCatch Connect will provide you with BiotCatch release notes, deployment guides, technical documentation and other proprietary and confidential information and materials (“Confidential Material”). You may access, download and use the Confidential Material solely for your internal business use. You agree to keep and maintain all Confidential Material in strict confidence and not to disclose, distribute or release any Confidential Material to any third party for any purpose. You may not modify, reverse engineer, copy or make derivative works of any Confidential Material. All Confidential Material is and shall remain the sole property of BioCatch. All right, title and interest therein, including all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secret rights and all other intellectual property rights of any kind, remain the property of BioCatch.

BioCatch will prompt you to create a unique username and password in order to access BioCatch Connect. You are responsible for all use of BioCatch Connect via your username and password. You may not share your username and password with anyone else. If you believe that your username and/or password has been compromised, you shall notify BioCatch immediately.

BioCatch may also provide you with a newsletter and other marketing emails in order to keep you apprised of new portal content, information about BioCatch products and services and other company updates.
