As COVID-19 continues to impact the global community, I would like to update you on the steps BioCatch has taken to ensure business continuity for all our customers around the world during this period of uncertainty. The health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners will always be our top priority. BioCatch has now entered into full disaster recovery mode. I have instructed all employees to work remotely and exercise social distancing.  They will leverage technology and conduct internal and external meetings virtually until the situation becomes clearer.  As a global company, all of our employees are fully versed in working remotely across multiple time zones. Thus we will maintain the operational standards and the high-quality customer service you have come to expect.

This of course includes all of our engineering, SaaS operations, customer service and delivery teams. We are making any necessary upgrades in our employees’ home internet communications and are delivering the supplies needed to sustain business continuity while operating remotely. In addition, we have refocused our teams and enhanced our SaaS operations and support coverage model to handle any issues that may arise with services and customer support.

On Monday, March 16 we conducted a successful remote work test for these employees.  Based on guidance from the World Health Organization, we have enhanced our already robust Business Continuity Plan with specific actions to account for COVID-19, including health department guidelines on hygiene, self-quarantine, and other general precautions.

As a cloud-based SaaS company, BioCatch deploys its service with a high availability architecture in multi-zones and has disaster recovery procedures in place to handle any issues that may arise. We of course provide on call 24x7 service as a regular practice and will continue to do so. I would also like to reassure you that the performance of our Cloud services, deployed on Microsoft Azure, will not be impacted.

This is an unprecedented time for everyone, and the situation is changing daily. We remain committed to our customers – with a core mission to protect you, your clients and your assets. BioCatch will be maintaining its business operations throughout the crisis and ensuring you continue to receive the highest quality service without disruption.

Sincerely,

P Howard Edelstein | Chairman & CEO
