His focus at Permira is on investment opportunities in the technology sector, and he has been involved in numerous technology and cybersecurity transactions, including McAfee and P&I. Prior to joining Permira, Pozny spent three years in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Frankfurt, covering M&A transactions across all sectors.

Stefan Dziarski is a partner at Permira and co-head of the Permira Growth Opportunities strategy. He focuses on buyout and non-control growth investment opportunities in the technology sector, specializing in software and consumer digital. He also serves on the board of directors at Adevinta, McAfee, P&, and Flix, among other companies. Prior to joining Permira, Dziarskiworked in investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup in New York and Hong Kong.

Ran Maidan is an experienced global leader who has served as Permira's senior advisor & head of Israel since September, 2020. Prior to Permira, Maidan was the CEO of Netafim, the global irrigation leader, between 2014 and the company’s sale for $1.9B in 2018. Before that, he was CEO of APAC at Adama and its CFO from 2006-2010. Maidanalso serves on the boards of Anfield Ltd, mPrest systems and Taranis Ag.

Liat Nadai Arad is the Chief Transformation Officer at the Tel Aviv Medical Center, where she focuses on revolutionizing Israel’s public healthcare capabilities utilizing data and data science. A highly decorated leader and officer, Ms. Arad was selected by Global Business Magazine as one of the ’50 Most Influential Women of Israel’ in 2022 and in 2021 was awarded the Israel Defense Award. Earlier in her career, Ms. Liat Nadai Arad served as a Board Member and Vice President at modu as well as Vice President at msystems (NSDQ: FLSH), which was acquired by SanDisk Corp (NSDQ: SNDK) for $1.6B.

Sallie Krawcheck is the CEO and co-founder of Ellevest, an invest-tech and wealth management company, built by women, for women. Before launching Ellevest, Krawcheck served as CEO of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, Smith Barney, US Trust, the Citi Private Bank, and Sanford C. Bernstein. She was also Chief Financial Officer for Citigroup (NYSE: C). Prior to her multiple executive leadership roles, Krawcheck was a top-ranked research analyst covering the securities industry. She is also the best-selling author of “Own It: The Power of Women at Work,” is considered one of the “Most Influential People in ESG Investing” by Barron’s, and was named the seventh most powerful woman in the world by Forbes.

Gadi Mazor is the Chief Executive Officer at BioCatch. Prior to becoming CEO in 2021, scaled BioCatch's technology, delivery, and operations teams as the company's Chief Operating Officer. Mazor is a highly accomplished founder and CEO of several SaaS companies in the fields of character and voice recognition and wireless communications, including Shonut Ltd., Onset Technology and Nobex Technologies. In 2012, he co-founded OurCrowd, the leading global equity crowdfunding platform, where he served as General Partner and Chief Technology Officer. He is a veteran of the Israel Defense Forces’ prestigious 8200 unit, completing the officers’ course with extreme honors.
